Any pricing, estimates, timelines or service descriptions are indicative until confirmed in an accepted written proposal, statement of work or services agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access, approvals and other inputs reasonably required to deliver agreed services.
5. Third-party services
Tekivo may recommend or integrate third-party software, cloud, AI, hosting or security platforms. Those products are supplied under their own terms, pricing and availability.
6. Technology and AI risk
No technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted. AI and automated systems can also produce incomplete or inaccurate results, so important outputs should be reviewed appropriately.
7. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Tekivo retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, reusable components and know-how. Project-specific ownership and licensing are governed by the relevant client agreement.
8. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Tekivo does not accept liability for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or temporary website unavailability. These terms may be updated from time to time.
